Our Business uses a third-party printing and fulfillment center, with locations all around the USA. Our return policy follows its guidelines. You must contact us via e-mail before returning any items to the return address on the label or you risk losing it.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
The return address on your item is our printing facility. If they receive a returned shipment and no contact was made with Top Shots Media, LLC (DBA) Adventure FPV, these will be considered "unclaimed" items. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
There are no refunds on Digitally Purchased items like (LUTS, VIDEOS, DOCUMENTS, ETC.)
Wrong Address - If a customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be automatically returned to our printing facility. Top Shots Media, LLC (DBA) Adventure FPV will then pass the reshipment costs to the customers, get a valid shipping address, then re-ship the package to the customer. Unclaimed - Shipments will be donated to charity after 4 weeks.
Please note, due to the use of a third-party printing & fulfillment service it is not possible to process refunds or exchanges for Buyer's Remorse. We provide accurate size guides on our product pages and will not currently accept returns for buying the wrong size.
All returned items must be in new condition with tags and labels attached. After receiving your authorized return and inspecting the item we will issue a refund or ship your new item as soon as we can.
If an item is faulty and needs to be replaced we only refund or exchange items of the exact same value. All product sales are final and any return shipment must be paid by the buyer unless deemed defective.
Standard Terms for Purchasing/Returning a Product
By completing an order application and sending the request to purchase a “product” on the Top Shots Media, LLC (DBA) Adventure FPV website, the buyer makes a binding offer for a contract of sale of the content product offered on the website. The buyer then will receive an e-mail with the order confirmation.
Top Shots Media, LLC (DBA) Adventure FPV maintains the right to deny any given orders for any reason with notice to the customer. Purchased products may be canceled even if it has been confirmed and the customer has made payment. We retain this right until the time the customer receives the product ordered. If such a cancellation occurs after the customer has made a payment for the product, the charged amount will be refunded back to the customer’s account.
Buyers/Users can purchase products on the Top Shots Media, LLC (DBA) Adventure FPV website using a valid credit card or the PayPal system and do not have to be a member to purchase a product. The price of the purchased product is fixed at the time of the ordering. The cost of the product will be charged at the time your order is placed.
Top Shots Media, LLC (DBA) Adventure FPV has the right to rely on trustworthy third-party services for handling the payment. In delinquency of payment from the customer, Top Shots Media, LLC (DBA) Adventure FPV has the right to transfer the claims to a debt collection agency along with personal information needed for the handling of payments to third parties.
It is the buyers/users/customer's obligation to provide the correct delivery shipment address. Top Shots Media, LLC (DBA) Adventure FPV takes no accountability for any product the customer does not obtain due to incorrect address provided for shipment to Top Shots Media, LLC (DBA) Adventure FPV.
You may not cancel an order once it has been submitted unless informed otherwise. Once a printing of a product begins, a cancellation cannot be performed. Orders enter the printing process as early as the same day or next business day after the order has been placed on the website.
Once the customer receives the purchased product from our website and the product received is not the right ordered merchandise or physically damaged due to an error on our part we will contact the supplier to address the issue for the replacement of the product after receiving reasonable proof of the issue from the buyer. If you receive a damaged product, then you must contact Top Shots Media, LLC (DBA) Adventure FPV customer service within 14 days.
The ordered products will be delivered to the address instructed by the customer by the postal/shipment service provider chosen by Top Shots Media, LLC (DBA) Adventure FPV. The shipping charges will fluctuate according to the delivery location of the ordered product.
